1. General Provisions
These Terms ("Terms") govern the use of all services of the GlobalPW project (including game server, website, launcher, Discord, and other platforms).
By using our Service, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the Service.
The Service is provided "as is". The Administration reserves the right to amend the Terms at any time without prior notice.
2. Conduct and Content
You agree not to publish or distribute content via the Service that:
- violates international norms and generally accepted rules of online conduct;
- includes insults, threats, defamation, promotion of violence or hatred;
- infringes intellectual property rights;
- contains pornography, spam, ads for third-party projects or malicious software.
All content may be reviewed, modified or removed by the Administration without explanation.
3. Accounts
The Administration may restrict, block or delete accounts that violate project rules.
You must not share your login data with others. If you do, you bear all resulting consequences.
4. Intellectual Property
You retain rights to your content but grant the Administration a non-exclusive, perpetual right to use, store, and publish it within the Service.
5. Privacy Policy
We collect and store minimal data to operate the Service:
- email and IP address
- login logs, activity, and violations
- payment data (transaction ID, amount, time)
Your data is used to:
- secure accounts
- provide in-game services (including gold for donations)
- resolve disputes and offer support
We never sell your data. It is only shared with payment processors or security services when necessary (e.g., Google reCAPTCHA).
You may request full account and data deletion by contacting support.
6. Age Restrictions
The Service is intended for users aged 18+. Minors may use it only under the supervision of parents or legal guardians.
