Update 147 — Firefly spawn changes and General Xia Feng
Firefly spawn changes, added General Xia Feng, GvG join time increased, and new auto-ban system.

Changes:
- Updated firefly spawn locations in PvE and PvP zones for a more engaging hunt.
- Added General Xia Feng.
- Time required in a clan before participating in GvG increased to 72 hours.
- Introduced an auto-ban system for swearing:
- first violation — 15 minutes chat ban;
- each subsequent violation adds +15 minutes.
