Yes, you can change your email in profile settings. For security, confirmation on both old and new email is required. If you don't have access to the old email, contact support with proof of account ownership.

No, character transfers between accounts are prohibited by server rules. This is done for player security and fraud prevention.

Schedule of all events is available on the home page and in the "Events" section. Most events start automatically at the specified time. To participate, just be online and watch for in-game announcements.

Trading is done through the special marketplace in the main city or directly between players. Use secure trade (trade window) to prevent fraud.

You can create your own guild (requires certain level) or receive an invitation from an existing one. List of active guilds and their recruitment can be found on the forum and Discord.

We accept bank cards (Visa/MasterCard), e-wallets, cryptocurrency and mobile payments. All payment methods are available in your account in the "Donate" section.

Promo codes are activated in your account in the "Promo Codes" section. Enter the code and click "Activate". The reward will be credited automatically. Watch for promotions in news and social media.

Check internet connection, disable VPN/proxy, add the game to antivirus and firewall exceptions. Check server status on the home page. If the server is online but you can't connect - contact support.

Reduce graphics settings in game, close background applications, update graphics drivers, check component temperatures. Make sure the game uses discrete graphics card, not integrated.

Describe the problem in as much detail as possible (what you did, what happened, screenshots) and report in Discord #bugs channel or create a support ticket. Rewards are given for finding serious bugs.

Use of any third-party programs, bots, cheats and exploits is strictly prohibited. Violation results in permanent account ban without possibility of restoration.

Insults, toxic behavior, racism and discrimination are strictly prohibited. Punishment depends on severity: mute, temporary or permanent ban. Treat other players with respect.

If you believe the ban was issued incorrectly, create an appeal on the forum in "Appeals" section or in Discord. Specify your nickname, ban reason and situation explanation. Decision is made by administration within 1-7 days.

Trading game values for real money (RMT) is strictly prohibited. Only trading for in-game currency is allowed. RMT results in permanent ban of all involved accounts.
